Discount available if enrolled in another program- This program is for goalies who are ready to push themself with challenging footwork.

Session Plans include 45 minutes of structure, with 10 minutes for personal accountability time:

• Overspeed Skating - 15 minutes

• Crease Work - 15 minutes

• Stick Handling - 15 minutes

• (Free ICE) Self Accountability time! - 10 minutes
